Fire Restrictions Continue at Ft. Stanton-Snowy River NCA and the Lincoln Tracts

Due to dry fuels and high fire danger, fire restrictions remain in effect at the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave National Conservation Area (NCA) and the BLM lands around the community of Lincoln, NM. The order, effective June 27, remains in effect until rescinded based upon ongoing assessments of fire conditions and outlooks. Fort Stanton-Snowy River Cave NCA and other lands affected by the order are within the Pecos District, Roswell Field Office. View all fire prevention orders enacted for BLM NM managed lands here.
