Location: Santa Fe National Forest – Pecos/Las Vegas Ranger District – SE of Thompson Peak on La Cueva Ridge
Cause: Lightning
Smoke: Smoke may be visible in Glorieta N.M. looking north from I-25
Size: 1 acre
Fire resources: 2 engines, 1 Helicopter
Crews completed saw and hand line around the fire perimeter working with the helicopter doing bucket drops.
There will be no further updates unless there is a significant change in fire behavior.
