Update: Buck Fire southeast of Aragon, NM

Acreage: The Buck Fire is now 31,000 acres. Winds are pushing the fire growth to the north/northeast.

Cause: Lightning

Values at Risk: Continued focus on protecting structures. No structures have been impacted thus far.

Resources: Albuquerque Zone Type 3 management team has now assumed command. 140 personnel are currently assigned to the Buck Fire.
