
The 2025 Wildland Urban Fire Summit is just a few weeks away, from September 30th through October 2nd at UNM – Valencia.
The event will feature presentations from industry experts and peers on the future of wildfire in New Mexico. This year’s agenda includes a field trip to the Bosque, presentations from the Valencia County department and federal partners, and a discussion of what recent fire bills in the legislature mean for future fire planning. Breakfast will be provided on October 1st and 2nd, and lunch on the 1st.
