The prescribed fire on the 16 Springs Project Area on the Sacramento Ranger District, Lincoln National Forest, has been postponed due to high humidity and weather patterns predicted this week. Conditions will be reassessed after Sunday to look for better windows of opportunity.

The Lincoln National Forest will be conducting prescribed burns on the Sacramento Ranger District on December 3-6, 2024. Crews will continue to focus on 350 acres within the 16 Springs Project Area.
