The Laguna Wildfire, burning north of Gallinas NM, has burned approximately 1600 acres within the planned fire area. Smoke is expected to continue to impact areas east and southeast of the fire, including Santa Fe.

A new map shows several fire areas burning in the Laguna Fire area. All fire areas are well within the planned perimeter for the Laguna Wildfire and pose no threats to homes or private property. However, smoke is visible and may impact communities and the Highway 4 travel corridor east of the fire.
