Jemez Ranger District, Santa Fe National Forest

Start Date: Dec. 8, 2017

Cause: Human

Size:  6.3 acres, 100% contained

Location:  Near Forest Road (FR) 376 on the Jemez Ranger District of the Santa Fe National Forest.

Vegetation:  Logging slash and pre-made piles.

Current Situation: The fire was reported to the Jemez Ranger District office on Friday, Dec 8 at 12:27 p.m. and is contained as of Sunday, Dec 10.

Weather: 

Smoke/Air Quality:  Smoke-sensitive individuals and people with heart or respiratory problems are encouraged to take precautionary measures.
