The Moses Fire is located north of Laguna, NM in the Marquez Wildlife Area. No structures are threatened at this time. Values at risk include the state-owned Marquez Wildlife Area, Moses Spring and the Agua del Cañoncito in Moses Canyon. The fire is currently estimated at 15 acres and 0% contained. Multiple resources are fighting this fire, including State Forestry, USFS, BLM, and the Rio Rancho Fire Department. The cause is under investigation.
