Weather: Current conditions: Above normal temperatures with humidity at 7%, clear skies and drought conditions. Winds are 5-10 mph with gusts to 20 from the West. https://www.weather.gov/. A Red Flag warning in effect for April 28 at 0900 to April 29 at 2100.
Resources on scene: Firefighters from the Cibola National Forest, State of New Mexico, and Bureau of Land Management. They are on scene with 3 Type 6 Engines and 1 Suppression Module.
Values at risk: At this time, the fire is not a threat to any communities, and there are no evacuations in effect.
