FINAL- Ironworks Fire – Valencia County – 03/11/19 – 4:30 p.m.

The Ironworks Fire in Los Chavez, NM, Valencia County, is now 75% contained. Full containment is expected by Wednesday (03/13) afternoon. Firefighters will continue to monitor and mop up hot spots and reinforce containment lines.​ Light rain fell on fire area today with more forecast over the next 48 hours. The Ironworks fire has burned approximately 139 acres. This will be the final update unless there are significant changes.
