Current Status: Low to moderate fire behavior is expected to remain well within the interior of the containment lines. Firefighters will continue to patrol and monitor containment lines around the perimeter of the fire.
This will be the final update for the Gurule Fire from the Incident Management Team. The Gurule Fire will transition from the Type 3 Organization to a lower complexity Type 4 Organization tomorrow morning at 7:00 a.m. The Carson National Forest will provide additional information if significant activity occurs.
