Incident Commander Corral and his team will continue to monitor the fire situation and take appropriate suppression actions as needed.

This will be the last fire update for the Luna Fire. If activity changes, the Carson National Forest will provide information on Inciweb, the Carson National Forest social media websites and New Mexico Fire Information. You can also contact the Carson National Forest at 575-999-5548.

Northern New Mexico is a special place with special people and California Incident Management Team 5 sincerely thanks its residents and cooperators for their support during the Luna Fire.
